What You Will DoSafely transport children and families to appointments and servicesAssess and engage families in service planning based on identified needsPlan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best-practice approachesProvide advocacy and connect families with community resources QualificationsBachelors Degree requiredValid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicleAbility to pass all required clearancesAbility to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug and alcohol screeningAvailability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required.
