Dining HostAt Main Event, Dining Hosts guide our Guests through their experience in our dining rooms and support the overall experience of our dining room and bar area. As a Dining Host, you will greet and seat guests as well as provide constant communication with servers, server assistants, and managers. You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. What Will You Be Doing Daily? Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!) Welcoming and greeting all dining Guests, while also gathering details about their visit (First impressions are everything!) Perform table management and keep waitlist updated Seat the Guests or hand them off to another host Communicate with Servers and Guests, using table touches, to ensure a seamless experience. Thanking our Guests for coming and welcoming them back Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties Position Requirements Prior food and beverage experience a plus, but not required Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!) Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
