You will serve as the primary administrative partner for a dedicated team of Trust Advisors, ensuring the seamless management of high-net-worth client portfolios. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a sophisticated, collegial environment where high-touch service and technical accuracy are paramount.What you'll do:Fiduciary Administration: Assist in the oversight of a specific client base, ensuring all account activities align with established governing documents and assisting with key administrative determinations.Transaction Management: Facilitate various financial activities, including disbursements, account updates, gifting initiatives, and the oversight of insurance and personal service provider requirements.Communication & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level client meetings, and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external inquiries.Technical Documentation: Produce and refine sophisticated deliverables, including legal correspondence, financial charts, genealogical mapping, and detailed spreadsheets.Project Leadership: Spearhead various initiatives such as grant program administration for private foundations, large-scale philanthropic mailings, and specialized research.Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous electronic filing standards and provide cross-functional coverage to ensure consistent department-wide support.About you:Education: You hold a Bachelor's Degree.Experience: You bring 3–5 years of experience in financial services; specific exposure to trusts and estates is highly preferred.Technical Savvy: You are an expert-level Excel user and proficient in the full MS Office Suite, with a proven ability to master new proprietary software quickly.Organizational Mastery: You excel at managing competing priorities and meeting firm deadlines while working both independently and as a proactive team member.Communication Style: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor suitable for a top-tier office environment.Legal Standing: You are currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.
