1st Shift - Production Operator

Job DescriptionSummary: Support plant production needs for daily operation, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Primarily responsible for assisting in the packaging of products for internal and external use, and assisting in changeover with other production teammates.ResponsibilitiesPerforms all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirementsDemonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within the required timeMaintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaceReports all production waste to the Production Lead or SupervisorResponsible for safety and quality throughout productionResponsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintainedPerforms other duties as required by Supervisor or ManagerFollows all company policies and procedures RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience working in a Manufacturing EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentUnderstand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety trainingMust be able to understand verbal and written instructionsTroubleshoot problems and report issuesMust work well in a team environment Physical RequirementsAbility to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shiftUse of hands and fingers to perform job functionAbility to stoop, kneel, bend and climbAbility to lift up to 55lbsAbout UsDo you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
