Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising a team to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.This position will oversee union employees and requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to effectively manage workflows while maintaining a positive and productive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goalsOrganize workflow, assign responsibilities, and manage production schedulesSupervise, coach, and support a team of 20–30 production operators and support staffMonitor production output to ensure it meets quality and specification standardsIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvementsSubmit reports on performance, progress, and production metricsMaintain compliance with safety regulations and workplace standardsPartner with leadership to address operational challenges and develop solutionsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or engineering degree a plusProven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership roleExperience working in a union manufacturing environment strongly preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mechanical production settingExperience with manufacturing machinery, tools, and production processesBackground in metal fabrication, steel tubing, or welded assemblies preferredStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
