Responsible for daily interaction with Sales staff and Vendors, helping answer labor claim questions and double-check all entries for accuracy.Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage, review, & resolve Labor Claims that come into the systemReview labor claims daily based on type concentrating on the claims aging Effectively evaluate each outside sales representative on labor claimsIdentify customers / OSRs labor claim habitsAssist and resolve cycle count errorsTrain and coach sales representatives to identify a valid labor claimWork cooperatively with store personnel to improve customer service and resolve customer labor claim issues quicklyIssue credits as related to labor claimsCreate PosCreate transfersWork with Vendors on Labor ClaimsAssist with Reports & administrative dutiesRequirementsKnowledge of auto parts or automotive industry preferredExperience in outside sales or store operations preferred Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointBenefits: We offer a competitive compensation plan complete with attractive benefits offerings that include (not limited to):MedicalDentalVisionLife insurance401k, paid time offOpportunities for advancementEnvironmental/Occupational Health And Physical RequirementsTo perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
