Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural design for substation and transmission infrastructure projectsOversee full project lifecycle: concept, design, execution, and construction supportPerform and review structural analysis and design (steel, foundations, etc.)Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and constructionEnsure compliance with industry codes and standardsMentor junior engineers and contribute to team developmentReview drawings, calculations, and engineering documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field (ABET-accredited)8–15 years of structural engineering experience (EPC experience preferred)Strong expertise in:Steel design & foundation designStructural analysis tools (RISA, STAAD Pro)Deep knowledge of codes and standards: AISC, ASCE 7, IBC, ACIProven experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProfessional Engineer (PE) license highly preferredNice to HaveExperience in transmission & distribution infrastructureSubstation structural design (including drilled shafts and steel structures)Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgetsVendor coordination and field inspection experiencePreferred Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Engineering Technology (Master's a plus)FE exam completed7+ years of experience in structural engineering within EPC or power industry environmentsAdditional DetailsTravel: <10% (project site visits)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering tools requiredStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesWhy Join Us?Take on a challenging and rewarding role that blends technical expertise with leadership in the power industry.
