Land Development Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Land Development Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing all aspects of land development projects within our homebuilding company. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of land development initiatives, from initial planning and entitlements through construction and project completion. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external consultants, government agencies, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead land development projects from planning to completion.
Providing on-site direct supervision of the Land Development process
Due diligence and investigations
Estimate and purchase all land development contracts and review the scopes of work as well as quality control standards
Schedule and participate in Land Development preconstruction meetings
Train production staff
Assist with updating cash flow
Monitoring Land Development budgets
Qualifications:
2+ years in infrastructure / Civil Engineering Experience
BS in Civil Engineering
Homebuilding experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
