The ideal candidate will support Agile teams by customizing workflows, improving processes, and ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Jira Cloud environmentConfigure projects, workflows, issue types, screens, and permissionsCustomize Jira dashboards, reports, and filtersManage user access, roles, and group permissionsSupport Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban boards, sprint configurations)Integrate Jira with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, or other systemsAutomate processes using Jira Automation rulesTroubleshoot issues and provide end-user supportMaintain documentation and best practices for Jira usageRequired SkillsHands-on experience as a Jira Cloud AdministratorStrong knowledge of Jira configuration and customizationExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesUnderstanding of workflow design and process optimizationExperience with user management and permissionsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket)Knowledge of Jira APIs and integrationsExperience with automation tools within JiraAtlassian certifications (ACP-100 / ACP-120 or similar)
