Receptionist

This front-of-house position will serve as the very first point of contact for all visitors and staff, making professionalism and friendliness a strict requirement for candidates. The chief duties will revolve around managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and handling general administrative functions. Duties will also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, scheduling and coordinating appointments, managing postal and courier services, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. Candidates should have a strong aptitude for multitasking, being able to balance their phone duties with their customer service responsibilities, all while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. Proficiency in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, as well as a general competency in technology, is vital. As receptionists will be expected to deal with numerous people in a day, a poised and patient demeanor is essential. Playing a resolutely administrative yet customer-facing role, keynote qualities that will fit the position ideally are professionalism, excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with people from all walks of life, and a reliable, respectful, and courteous attitude. This position demands a candidate with robust organizational skills and a knack for efficiency.
