Machinist I (Day and Night shift available)

We're currently seeking a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist to support our growing manufacturing operations with our team on-site in St. Clair, Pennsylvania. This position will directly assist with CNC machining within the facility and contribute as a vital part of the production process for specialty trackwork. We have both day and night shift positions available. This is a full-time, direct opportunity with Atlantic Track. Roles and Responsibilities: Sets up and runs all CNC milling machines; adjusts offset as neededMaintains a neat and organized work areaAssembles milling cutters onto holders and index insertsLoads and unloads parts on machine with craneAssists support personnel with program, tooling, or machine issues as neededCompletes required quality documentationMaintains a positive and helpful attitude to other team members in the shopHandles and reads measuring devices to ensure product conforms to order specifications and quality requirements Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of CNC milling experienceAdequate machining and tooling knowledge – feed, speeds, and chip loadConsistent appraisal of continuous improvement methodologyAbility to read and understand production drawingsAbility to work extra hours (overtime) if neededAbility to work on-site in St. Clair, Pennsylvania Preferred Qualifications: Any knowledge of FANUC CNC control system Atlantic Track offers a holistic benefits package, including competitive pay, 401k plan with company matching funds, health / dental / vision insurance options, life insurance, paid time off, an employee shared ownership plan, and more.
