Key Responsibilities for Assembler
Assemble small electronic and mechanical components with high precision.
Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly operations.
Read and follow assembly instructions, visual work aids, diagrams, and process documentation.
Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies.
Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform rework, modification, and testing of assemblies when required.
Maintain accurate production documentation and comply with manufacturing procedures.
Work safely while following quality, GMP, and workplace standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
Must-Have Skills for Assembler
Strong attention to detail
Experience with small parts or precision assembly
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications for Assembler
Basic computer skills
Cleanroom manufacturing experience
SAP experience
Medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing experience
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
