Job Title: Technical Product Owner – HRIS Data Platform IntegrationLocation: Remote (Occasional travel required – 2–4 times/year)Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ESTContract: 4-5 MonthsRole Overview:Work closely with engineering teams on API integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven systems Translate product vision into actionable backlog items Define and manage technical user stories Ensure alignment with data flow, architecture, and system integrations Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Key Requirements:Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a technical environment Strong exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or integration projects Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices Experience with enterprise systems (HRIS platforms like Workday/ADP is a plus) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure ) and tools like Jira/Confluence
