You will act as the "voice of the supplier" within the organization, resolving challenges regarding lead times, quality, and billing while ensuring every part meets our rigorous Service Level standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSpare parts purchasing according to planning parametersProactively identify delivery risks and implement corrective actions to prevent supply chain disruptions and manage backordersManage an international supplier base, in collaboration with sourcing, to ensure supplier performance according to requirementsIndependently lead supplier meetings to strengthen cooperation and achieve strategic availability goals for global customersReview supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage purchasing master data to ensure total system accuracyAct as the daily bridge between external suppliers and internal departments, including Sourcing, Planning, Customer Service, and Accounting & FinanceWhat We Are Looking ForAcademic education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or corresponding knowledge acquired through work experienceProficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft OfficeAbility to work operationally with large amounts of data and take actions across multiple platforms such as SAP & JIRAImprovement-oriented mindset with an interest in using technology and automation to simplify complex tasksAbility to thrive in a dynamic, high-urgency environment where tasks change quickly and supply chain can be unpredictableHigh attention to detail with a structured approach to complex material management and large amounts of dataWhat We OfferAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
