If you love working with children and have a knack for making learning exciting, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging after school enrichment lessons and activities for childrenFoster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environmentGuide students through age-appropriate creative and educational projectsManage classroom behavior and maintain a positive group dynamicCommunicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program coordinatorsSet up and clean up materials and supplies before and after each sessionAdapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and age groupsRequirements: Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or enrichment settingStrong classroom management and communication skillsEnthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a passion for youth developmentAbility to work part-time afternoon hours (2-6 pm), Monday through FridayReliable transportation to program site(s) in Ashburn, Leesburg, Reston, Herndon, South RidingBackground check requiredCPR/First Aid certification is a plusWeekend availability is a plusAbout Us:Kidcreate Studio is a beloved creative arts education company dedicated to nurturing imagination and self-expression in children through fun, skill-building art experiences. At Kidcreate Studio, children will create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.Weekly classes, camps, workshops and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
