Cell Tech

The Cell Tech run automated cells and are responsible for setting up the cell via specified parameters. They are also to troubleshoot any defects. Their main job is to keep the automated cells running and make castings with the robot.Duties but not limited to:Cast defects and probable causes of defectsBasic troubleshooting for ladles and reciprocatorsProcess monitoring charts.Record data on whiteboard.Special characteristics.Other duties as assigned, along with special projects needed by upper management.Change tips and rams, plunger, ring, and nozzleLadle adjustment for proper pour height, along with set-up data/program data for correct biscuit sizeBasic operation of shot bead systemUse shot scope to troubleshoot casting problems and defects as well as recording downtime and scrap countClean extractor, shot end, and belly of machineSkills & Qualifications but not limited to:Have knowledge on split lots.Decisive and able to work independentlyAbility to read and understand written directivesMust have a good attendance record, and able to work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessaryEmpire is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.J-18808-Ljbffr
