CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers Earn $90K-$112K/yr; Run 21 Days & Home 7; No Touch FreightFull-time driving position with 21-day tours and Home 7/yr. 100% no-touch freight and 85% drop and hook.ResponsibilitiesOperate across the following states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA (no NY).Complete daily routes within a 21-day period and park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC; company covers return flights.Drive trucks equipped with climate control, microwave, inverter, APU, flat-screen TV, and XM radio.Follow safety regulations to avoid DOT recordable accidents and maintain a clean driving record.QualificationsCDL-A license with 12 months OTR experience in the last 8 months, including at least 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast.No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years, none major.No more than 2 incidents (violations + accidents) total not exceeding 3.No major moving violations (e.g., 15+ mph over, reckless, lane violation) in the last 3 years.No DUI in the last 8 years and only one in a lifetime.No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol test, regardless of when.All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10 years old.Compensation & BenefitsPay ranges from $90,000 to $112,000/yr; base rate .67–.72 CPM depending on experience and hazmat certification.Full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k) and more.Additional pay for hazmat classes.EquipmentTrucks are on average 18 months old and include Freightliners, K-W, or International models.J-18808-Ljbffr
