Facility Assistant at Yakult USA - 2nd shift

Job Description Yakult USA, the world's leading probiotic drink manufacturer in Fountain Valley, is hiring for 2ns shift Factory Facility Assistant! The minimum requirement is at least 2-3 years of Facility experience for commercial or factory buildings.Location: Fountain Valley, CADirect Hire with Excellent Benefit Package: Medical / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance, 401K with matching, Paid Holiday & PTOWork Hours: 5 days/week, Monday – Saturday (Sunday and another day off during weekday), 2nd shift: 3:00pm -12:00amSalary Range: $21.50 ~ $27.50/hr plus $1.50/hr for 2nd shift additional pay Requirements of the Facility Assistant:At least 2-3 years of utility experience in factory/commercial buildingsExperience in facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safely, and lighting systems, and boiler.Electrician license preferredValid Driver's license is requiredExperience installing and buying equipment preferred.Active boiler license is a big plusAbility to accept direction and have a desire to work as part of a teamComputer literate with thorough understanding of MS OfficeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFlexible and easily adapt to changeMust be able to lift up to 60 pounds and climb to perform job functions as needed Responsibilities of the Facility Assistant:Perform all duties associated with the facility maintenance and daily operation of the facility in the factory.Perform facility maintenance such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Safety, and Lighting systems.Operate and maintain equipment per suppliers' recommendations and standard operating proceduresPrepare asset care preventative maintenance schedules and strictly follow these schedules.Update Factory Supervisor and Manager with daily reports.Keep inventory of all utility equipment and materials. Drive to purchase required parts as necessary.Perform troubleshooting duties under supervisor's direction.Maintain a safe work environment by practicing company policies, standard food safety (HACCP)/OSHA guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisorsCompany DescriptionTriCom Quest is a full-service employment agency serving the greater Los Angeles area.
