## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at a public pre school. The ideal candidate will have experience in preschool education, child welfare, and curriculum development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to nurture young minds in a supportive learning environment. ## Duties - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the school's curriculum - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children - Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines - Administer standardized testing and assessments to track student progress - Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and behavior management - Offer individualized tutoring to students as needed ## Experience - Previous experience working in a preschool setting is required - Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively - Ability to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): You're asking your class to participate in role plays and debates.
