Head Sushi Chef

We are seeking a talented Head Sushi Chef with proven experience leading a top omakase counter. This role is part of a multi-location concept with pop-ups across Florida, California, and Colorado.Candidates must be open to relocating for 5–9 month assignments. This position is ideal for a chef with strong Edomae fundamentals, leadership experience, and the ability to execute a precise, high-level guest experience night after night. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute omakase service at a high level Engage directly with guests at the counter Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail Manage and mentor junior team members REQUIREMENTS 3–5+ years of experience at an omakase counter in a lead or head chef role Strong Edomae technique and fish handling skills Ability to lead service and maintain a polished guest experience Open to relocating for 5–9 month assignments across multiple locations Japanese language skills are a plus (not required) Travel and housing provided.
