Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities: Has a thorough understanding of the products Blush carries and is able to convey the benefits and features of these products to customers. Meets and exceeds sales goals through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Educates customers about Blush’s Loyalty Program and encourages enrollment.
