Project ManagerOur client is a well-established general contractor founded in the 1980s, headquartered in Princeton, NJ, and servicing Central/Northern New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania. The company maintains a mid-sized operational structure with a culture built on quality, integrity, and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionProject Management: Manage multiple commercial and corporate interiors projects simultaneously, ranging from $200K to $10M, with many in the $5-20M range.Schedule Management: Lead projects from inception through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.Team Leadership: Serve as a client-facing leader, maintaining strong relationships and representing the company with professionalism and authority.Documentation: Oversee project schedules using MS Project and manage documentation workflows through ProjectSight (similar to Procore).Safety Compliance: Conduct regular job-site visits throughout Northern NJ to ensure progress, safety compliance, quality control, and effective contractor coordination.Quality Control: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, clear communication, and effective project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
