Observe and document developmental progress; share updates with families through daily communication and regular reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that meets health, safety, and licensing standards. Partner with families to support each child’s development and ensure continuity of care between home and school. Support transitions from infant to toddler stages with sensitivity and intentional teaching strategies.
