Project Manager
ComResource is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across technology and business operations.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is confident in leading complex enterprise projects, managing budgets and stakeholders, and driving execution across highly matrixed environments. This position will support a variety of strategic initiatives, with projects potentially spanning enterprise applications, financial systems, CRM platforms, operational process improvements, and large-scale technology implementations.Responsibilities:Lead multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously from initiation through deliveryManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependenciesDrive stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting across business and technical teamsFacilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and alignment sessionsBuild and maintain project plans, resource forecasts, communication plans, and mitigation strategiesCoordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, vendors, offshore resources, and technical teamsTrack project financials and ensure alignment with approved budgets and forecastsSupport UAT planning, release readiness, and go-live coordination where applicableMentor junior project management resources and contribute to PMO best practicesQualifications:5+ years of enterprise Project Management experienceProven experience managing project budgets ranging from $500K–$5M+Strong financial acumen and experience tracking project financialsExperience managing projects within large, matrixed organizationsExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong experience with MS Project and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with risk/issue management and enterprise delivery methodologiesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting prioritiesPMP certification preferredNice-to-Have Experience:SAP environmentsSalesforce or CRM-related initiativesJira / Agile delivery environmentsEnterprise PMO or portfolio management tools
