Tax Accounting Manager - Hybrid 3-days in the office per week. You’ll have ownership over tax provisions, filings, and planning initiatives while partnering closely with accounting, FP&A, and external advisors. Key Responsibilities Lead preparation and review of federal, state, and local income tax returns Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740) Prepare and review estimated tax payments and extensions Support tax audits and respond to regulatory inquiries Maintain and reconcile income tax accounts and journal entries Conduct tax research and monitor changes in tax law Partner with internal teams on tax planning and forecasting Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies Support strategic initiatives and business growth from a tax perspective Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred) 5–8+ years of experience in tax accounting / income tax compliance Strong understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax reporting Experience with tax software (Corptax, OneSource, or similar) Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
