The Rental Coordinator will support daily rental operations, including processing vehicle rentals and returns, coordinating between two locations, and responding to customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, accurately handling invoicing, and maintaining an organized workspace to support seamless operations.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfactionExperience handling and coordinating passenger vehicle and commercial truck rentalsAttention to detail in Invoicing and processing transactions accuratelyAbility to effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in basic computer applications and systems related to rental operations is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training or experience in rental services or related fields is advantageous
