What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct analytical and operational activities to support complex health initiatives
Develop and maintain reporting products and documentation aligned with grant requirements
Reconcile financial and performance data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Identify documentation gaps and operational risks, escalating issues as necessary
Collaborate across workstreams to meet milestones and reporting obligations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, business administration, health policy, data analytics, economics, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting grant-funded, public-sector, or healthcare programs
Experience preparing structured reports, dashboards, or analytical summaries in compliance-driven environments
Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workflows and deadlines
Experience supporting healthcare, public health, Medicaid, rural health, or safety-net provider programs preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting state or federally funded initiatives
Experience reconciling financial and performance data
Familiarity with audit preparation and compliance-driven processes
