If you're someone who enjoys working with complex data, driving insights, and strengthening financial processes, this role offers strong visibility and growth potential.What You'll DoOwn key aspects of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingPrepare and analyze profit center reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecastsLead inventory reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement controls to minimize risk and lossPerform and review account reconciliations, resolving outstanding items efficientlyPartner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through financial analysis and insightsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecastsHelp identify performance indicators and implement tracking mechanismsCollaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent reporting and process alignmentSupport ad hoc reporting, leadership presentations, and financial inquiriesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysisExperience working with inventory, cost accounting, or high-volume transactional environments (logistics, manufacturing, or similar preferred)Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systemsSolid understanding of financial reporting standards and internal controlsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
