Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care. Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient’s journey. Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nursing program. Current Michigan RN license. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required. Commitment to Trinity Health’s mission, vision, and values. Continuing Employment RequirementsFamiliarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1–3 months of orientation.)Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
