While this role provides administrative support as time allows and site needs demand, the primary emphasis of this role is to drive the CARE program which is integral to delivering Dynamiq Solutions to our clients that help them drive business results. Success is measured by client engagement and retention.The ideal candidate has a proven record of success in supporting a sales team and driving client engagement and retention while living out the TCS Core Values of Treat People Well, Do the Right Thing and Run a Great Business.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESSpearheading our Client CARE program including Dynamiq CAREProject Sales Team Support: Gathering quotes, following up with vendors, preparing booking packages, assisting with Risk Assessments, loading data into pricing softwareCustomer Requests: Responding to customer questions while working closely with operations, verifying equipment lists, updating our CCR (Comprehensive Client Record)Sales Management Support: Updating old contracts, assisting as needed to maintain the sales pipeline into CRM, and other administrative duties.Maintenance Sales Team Support (for MSR's after 1 year): Researching potential prospects, identifying business contacts, updating CCRAssisting the General Manager with arranging events and other support tasks.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSAssociate degree in business management, Office Management or related field preferredMinimum 3-10 years' experience in a similar roleExperience supporting a high performing sales team with diverse personalitiesKnowledge of sales process and systems (CRM and proposal software)Experience working with team members across functions to promote collaboration and problem solvingProficient in Calender ManagementExcellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Strong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks at any given timeWORK LIFEWorking conditions consist primarily of an office environment and infrequently those typical for the field of HVAC which may include exposure to weather conditions and require a limited level of physical activity.
