Duties
Oversee the licensing process to ensure timely acquisition, renewal, and compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain accurate records of all licensing documentation and related correspondence
Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information for license applications and renewals
Monitor changes in licensing laws and regulations, providing updates and recommendations for adjustments
Conduct regular EHR audits to verify ongoing compliance across all clinical areas
Assist in preparing reports related to licensing status, compliance metrics, and audit findings
Support the implementation of policies that promote regulatory adherence and operational efficiency
Skills
Strong understanding of licensing procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks
Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Effective communication abilities for liaising with regulatory agencies and internal teams
Ability to analyze complex information quickly and accurately
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Prior experience in compliance management or licensing roles is preferred but not mandatory
Proficient in EHR's systems

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $36.56 - $44.03 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
