EHR Security Analyst/Application Support SpecialistLocation: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)Duration: 3+ monthsSeeking for an EHR Security Analyst/Application Support Specialist. In this role, you will help shape security profiles and access controls for the EHR system and provide Tier 1 support to end users.Key Responsibilities:Manage EHR position definitions and security groups.Ensure appropriate use of EHR access controls based on user roles.Collaborate with teams to automate user provisioning and offboarding.Conduct internal security audits and mitigate risks.Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.Investigate and respond to security incidents promptly.Integrate security measures into new features and updates.Stay updated on security threats and best practices.Assist in internal and external audits.Participate in system upgrades and maintenance.Required Experience:Strong understanding of Oracle Health EHR and Security (5 Years)Experience with Cerner/OHPAC security (5 Years)Application support experience (5 Years)Excellent communication and collaboration skills (5 Years)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (3 Years)Commitment to exceptional customer service (3 Years)Desired Experience:Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare security regulations (3 Years)Experience with Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and identity management (3 Years)Familiarity with healthcare IT infrastructure (5 Years)Knowledge of Discern and CCL (3 Years)
