Temporary Administrative Assistant

We seek a highly organized and efficient Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments. Prepared and edited documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, both electronic and physical. Support the planning and execution of office events and meetings. Perform data entry and maintain databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Handle other administrative tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
