TicketingAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, People Business Partner to lead the strategic evolution of the People Business Partner function within a dynamic, multi-franchise, multi-location organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the strategic impact, operational discipline, and business alignment of the PBP model across the enterprise. This role requires a leader with a strong background in HR, including significant experience in business partner roles, and at least 3 years of people leadership experience. The AVP, PBP will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that are aligned with the company's values of integrity, success, and caring. They will also be accountable for the team's capability, ensuring consistent, business-aligned execution, and leading the team through critical people milestones.Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, or a related field, with at least 12 years of progressive HR experience. Expertise in core talent and organizational disciplines, business acumen, and the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making are essential. The role demands a leader with the ability to navigate complexity, influence at an executive level, and lead through ambiguity. The AVP, PBP will also be involved in enterprise organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, and must have a proven track record of aligning people strategy with financial and operational outcomes.
