The physician will manage a wide range of endocrine conditions while building meaningful relationships with patients through long-term chronic disease management. The program emphasizes patient education, preventive care, and coordinated treatment planning, allowing physicians to make a significant impact on community health.Job Responsibilities• Diagnose and manage disorders of the endocrine system• Treat conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic diseases, and hormonal imbalances• Develop comprehensive long-term treatment and disease management plans• Interpret endocrine diagnostic tests and laboratory results• Provide patient education for chronic disease management and lifestyle modifications• Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate care• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow quality care standardsQualifications• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology• Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure• Strong clinical expertise in endocrine and metabolic disorders• Commitment to patient-centered and evidence-based careWorking HoursFull-Time Physician PositionPrimarily outpatient-focused schedule designed to support patient continuity and work-life balance.Skills• Diagnosis and management of endocrine disorders• Diabetes and metabolic disease management• Interpretation of endocrine diagnostic testing• Patient education and chronic disease counseling• Collaborative multidisciplinary care
