We take a surgical approach to demolition in order to salvage and recycle building materials. We dismantle and divert full houses, kitchens/baths, garages, and commercial spaces from the landfill. Oftentimes, we donate the materials to non-profits. We are the cleanest subcontractor on the job site and are driven by our passion to increase the reuse culture in Colorado. An estimated 30-40% of Colorado landfills consist of construction and demolition debris, and we believe deconstruction to be a critical tool for reducing that number.Position TypeFull-time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. Hybrid: Work remotely and out of the Warehouse/office as you see fit.ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity Ensure equipment and personnel can meet demand as business develops Enhance existing systems to support growth in sales and production and develop new processes to meet company development Handle miscellaneous small business tasksTeam Leadership Lead the recruitment and hiring process, onboard new hires, and oversee training programs to nurture talent and maintain a skilled workforce Guide and support two virtual assistants handling administrative tasks Facilitate weekly production meetings to ensure effective scheduling and maintain job quality Regularly check in with the Warehouse coordinator to ensure retail services profitabilitySales Management Supervise and ensure the accuracy and quality of estimating processes to support business growth and profitability Conduct 1-on-1s with the Sales/Estimator Assist with estimates during busy periods Implement and manage weekly marketing tasks with our marketing consultant Monitor financial performance of production services (job costing) Implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and explore new business opportunities Achieve specific targets such as increasing job leads, jobs booked, and average job sizeRequirements Proven experience in senior management with expertise in day-to-day operations and financial control Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective systems and processes Strong leadership skills, including experience in hiring, training, and team management Proficiency in financial management and strategic planning Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesCompensation Competitive salary compensation: $85,000 depending on experience 2 weeks’ vacation 1st year; 3 weeks’ vacation 2nd year. 8 paid holidays Medical benefits plan: Dental, Vision, and Medical; We pay up to 75% of the premium of Anthem Silver Retirement savings plan Performance bonus: $10,000ApplicationIf this sounds like you, email your application and resume to anna@perksdeconstruction.com and let us know why you think you’d be a great fit for our team!
