Hospital Assistant 2Radiology - MRIFull Time88473BRJob SummaryProvides assistance and support to the technologist and to the department the Hospital Assistant II is assigned. As an integral part of the imaging team, assist and support the department assigned, to include the following:* Prepare patient for exam. Change patient.* Assist technologist in room turnover and cleaning of equipment* Provide transportation for patients to and from the department of radiology* Assist patient onto to the imaging table when necessary* Auditing and distribution of supplies and linen.* Transport of equipment or lab specimens when required.* Heightening awareness and practice of department safety policies including MR and radiation safety.The flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations is required.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
