Duties:Design electro-mechanical assemblies, machined parts, sheet metal component parts and corrugated/foam packagingDefine mechanical constraints for PCBAsPerform tolerance stackup analysisCreate fabrication drawings, parts lists and assembly drawingsFEA and thermal analysisSource off the shelf componentsInterface with suppliers and Keysight operations to address DFM & DFA issuesAssemble and validate prototype assembliesCreate change orders in Agile MRP systemAttend project team meetingsSkills:Proficient with Solidworks 3D CAD and simulation toolsPossesses understanding of sheet metal fabrication and machiningAbility to read electrical schematic diagramsExperienced with GD&TProficient with Microsoft Office toolsBasic knowledge of PCB fabrication and design guidelinesBasic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator a plusExperience with Agile a plusEducation:BS Mechanical Engineering
