Software Engineer - Data Acquisition & Control Systems

This role will support the development, integration, testing, and maintenance of software applications used in engineering and automated control systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, modify, and implement software applications for test and control systemsSupport installation, integration, and troubleshooting of software and operating systemsParticipate in software testing activities including test reviews, analysis, witnessing, and certificationDevelop and maintain PLC programs with a focus on industrial automation systemsIntegrate and configure test instrumentation within control systemsWork closely with engineering teams to support system development and testing activitiesFollow established processes, standards, and engineering guidelinesTop Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of software development experience focused on data acquisition, test systems, or process control systemsExperience programming Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff PLCsStrong programming experience with LabVIEW or similar platformsExperience integrating instrumentation such as:Power analyzersPower suppliesPressure scannersTemperature scannersFlow metersPressure transmittersActuatorsQualificationsKnowledge of software development concepts, practices, and proceduresAbility to work in a team-oriented engineering environmentStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with additional programming languages is a plusCompany DescriptionKronos always provides our partners with 100% customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
