Patient Care Coordinator and Influencer Outreach Specialist

This is a dual-focus role for someone who is equally comfortable guiding warm, interested patients through an onboarding process and doing organized outreach work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership without being asked, and love being the person the team counts on, this role is for you.What You’ll Be DoingRespond to a high volume of inbound patient inquiries via SMS, phone, email, and CRM, guiding warm leads (who have already filled out intake forms) through checkout and enrollment.Follow up with leads who have not completed payment, missed appointments, or are due for a refill, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.Research and identify wellness, weight loss, and longevity influencers on Instagram and other platforms, sending outreach using pre-written templates.Maintain and update the influencer tracker (contacted, replied, interested, approved, not a fit) and follow up consistently with those who have shown interest.Log all patient and outreach activity accurately inside the CRM, keeping pipelines, tags, and notes up to date.Coordinate internally with the clinical and operations team when escalation is needed, making sure every patient feels taken care of at every step.RequirementsBilingual in English and Spanish, with near-native or native English communication skills (written and verbal).Exceptional people skills, warm, empathetic, patient, and reassuring in every interaction.Highly organized and able to manage multiple simultaneous conversations and workflows without dropping the ball.Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable following SOPs and templates while still sounding natural and human.Reliable home office setup with your own laptop and high-speed internet.Nice to HaveExperience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform (training provided for the right candidate).Background in telehealth, wellness, aesthetics, or a high-touch customer support environment.Familiarity with Instagram DM outreach or influencer marketing workflows.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary.100% remote work.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
