Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Pittsburgh, PA, with flexibility for remote work. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms for growth, and monitoring performance metrics. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and collaborating with the team to enhance digital success. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Content CreationProficiency in Content Strategy and Writing for social platformsStrong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teamsAbility to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordinglySolid understanding of social media trends and best practicesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a social media management role is a plus
