The Senior Payroll Administrator will oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include processing payroll for employees, managing garnishments, calculating and filing payroll taxes, and maintaining meticulous employee benefits and compensation records. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with the accounting team to ensure alignment with financial practices and policies. Qualifications Proven expertise in Payroll Administration, including payroll processing and compliance managementExperience managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes with strong attention to detailKnowledge of Employee Benefits administration and handling related inquiriesProficiency with Accounting principles, payroll systems, and financial reconciliationStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage confidential information with integrityProficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Excel or other spreadsheet toolsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferredFPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a strong asset
