Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Midland, TX. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to budget, timeline, and safety protocols. Daily responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing logistics, expediting tasks, conducting inspections, and maintaining customer communication to ensure project success. The role requires leadership in driving projects toward completion while aligning with the company's standards of safety and quality. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoringExperience in Expediting and logistics management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and servicesStrong background in Inspection processes to ensure quality and compliancePrevious experience as an Expeditor and in coordinating logistics for large-scale industrial projectsExceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentProficiency in safety and regulatory compliance processes; experience in the oil and gas industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
