Key Responsibilities
Act as a knowledge base for customer inquiries regarding products and bone health
Process orders, returns, and update customer records while providing support through various mediums
Help customers understand DEXA bone scan results and ensure their success
Required Qualifications
Solid background in customer service
Passion for natural health
Ability to build rapport with customers
Organizational skills and a willingness to accept feedback
Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including one weekend day
