HNW Financial Advisor
A boutique RIA based in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia is looking to hire an experienced Financial Advisor to provide financial planning, guidance, and customer service to their high net worth and ultra high net worth client base. THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE! The position will focus on servicing multigenerational families that are long-standing clients of the firm. This person will have direct responsibility for a portion of client relationships, while working collaboratively across the firm on mega accounts.Responsibilities include:Provide a wide range of comprehensive financial and estate planning to HNW clientsEstablish strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client serviceUnderstand each client's priorities, risk tolerance, and financial goals in order to devise customized solutions to meet their needsManage and monitor client portfolios, making recommendations or changes as neededCoordinate with client's external advisors, including attorneys and accountantsProactively communicate any market changes, investment modifications, or strategy changesProvide regular engagement with client base through client meetings, client communications, and ongoing touchpointsWork collaboratively with other departments within the firm in order to provide a seamless wealth management experience to clientsRequirements include:7-15 years of progressive experience in a wealth management or investment management firm servicing high net worth clientsCFP or CFA; Series 65 requiredStrong background in financial planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and investment managementExcellent communication skills with a history of success in building strong client relationshipsDetail oriented and highly organized
