Health Sure is looking for energetic CHHAs who are passionate about caring for patients and people. Duties include the following: Personal Care assists with: Bath, such as a tub, shower, bed ADL and IADL Assist the patient with transfers and ambulation with or without an assistive device Plans and prepares nutritious meals. Assists therapy personnel as needed with rehabilitative process Establishes a relationship with patients Maintains patient/family confidentiality at all times according to HIPPA guidelines and company regulations. Performs routine housekeeping tasks, maintaining a healthy, safe environment Participates in in-service education as required by company policy and by state and federal regulations Qualifications: Must hold a current valid certificate in good standing issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing. Ability to speak, comprehend, read and write English consistent with job requirements. Successful completion of basic Home Health Aide training program consistent with state and federal requirements and for which a certificate was obtained. Has the emotional and mental maturity necessary for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with the patient, the patient’s family, and the personnel of the company. * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Paid orientation Paid sick time License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) CHAA (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
