Director of Transfer and Strategic Enrollment Initiatives (Internal Posting)
The Director of Transfer and Strategic Enrollment Initiatives provides leadership and oversight for transfer pathways and strategic enrollment efforts that support student access, progression, and completion. This position is responsible for implementing components of the College's Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan related to transfer, recruitment, and student success. The Director works collaboratively across the institution to identify enrollment opportunities, strengthen transfer partnerships, and use data-informed strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
Provide leadership for the development and implementation of the College's Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan. Work closely with marketing to identify enrollment growth opportunities and reach target markets.
Provide leadership for the development and implementation of transfer-focused initiatives within the College's Strategic Enrollment Management Plan.
Track and analyze enrollment data over time, including by program, location, and key demographics. Conduct enrollment forecasting and gap analyses to assess potential growth, and utilize data analytics to prepare reports, presentations, and measure progress toward enrollment goals.
Develop, maintain, and strengthen articulation agreements and transfer partnerships with four-year colleges and universities.
Oversee transfer advising strategies and initiatives to ensure students are effectively guided through transfer pathways.
Identify enrollment growth opportunities, particularly related to transfer, adult learners, and special populations.
Collaborate across departments and divisions to support enrollment and retention goals.
Administer and utilize CRM and other data systems to support enrollment initiatives, track student progress, and improve communication workflows.
Lead or support SEM-related committees and initiatives as assigned.
Coordinate and support transfer-related events such as transfer fairs, campus visits, and outreach activities.
Ensure compliance with College, ACCS, and applicable state and federal policies related to enrollment and transfer.
Provide training and guidance to staff on transfer processes, articulation agreements, and CRM, and related resources.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, required, or directed by the College. The College reserves the right to assign additional tasks and to alter or reassign job duties as necessary to meet business and operational needs.
In order to perform these essential functions, the Director must be present at work. Therefore, attendance is an essential function.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in student services, enrollment management, advising, or a related field.
Must have skills necessary for analyzing data.
Must be proficient with standard computer and administrative software programs and possess ability to learn additional programs as needed.
Must have knowledge of College policies and procedures.
Must be able to work flexible, nonstandard hours.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able and willing to travel.
