Wehelp people reclaim something that gets quietly stolen from them in their 30s, 40s, and beyond— energy, confidence, sleep, drive, the version of themselves they used to recognize in themirror. We don't do cookie-cutter. Every patient gets comprehensive bloodwork, a real conversationwith a real doctor, and a protocol built around their numbers — not a template. That's why ourpatients stay, and that's why their stories on our site read like people who actually got their livesback. Here's what matters for you specifically: at Renew Vitality, Patient Coordinators aren't a back-office function. They're the reason patients sign up, stay, and refer their friends. Read ourtestimonials and you'll see PCs called out by name — Lyle, Omar, and others — because thepatients on the other end of the line built real relationships with them. The PCs who do this jobwell carry 200+ active patients who text them when their labs come back, when somethingchanges, when they need a refill or just want to check in.If you've ever wanted to work somewhere where you're not pushing a product you don't believein — where you can talk about hormones, longevity, and human performance with people whoactually want to listen — this is that place. The role in one lineYou're the first voice every new patient hears. Your job is to turn a curious or "in need" personinto a committed patient — by listening well, educating without lecturing, and getting them to thelab draw that starts their protocol. What you will do all dayInbound calls and form-fill callbacks come into your queue from organic search, PPC, and GMB.You qualify, you educate, you handle the "is this legit / is this safe / how does it work" questions, and you close on labs in the same call whenever you can. From there you stay with that patientthrough their consult, prescription, and refills — you're their point of contact, not a handoff. The lab-first model you'll be advocatingRenew Vitality doesn't guess. All patients receive a thorough blood test prior to anyprescriptions being issued by the doctor. Your pitch isn't "buy testosterone" — it's "let's find outwhat's actually going on." That framing is why our close rates and retention work, and you'llneed to internalize it fast. What you'll ownLead-to-lab conversion on every assigned lead, with documented follow-up cadence(call, text, voicemail) until the lead converts or disqualifies.Patient education on TRT, peptides (Sermorelin, HCG, Gonadorelin, PT-141, NAD+),GLP-1 weight loss (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide), HGH, Trimix, andperformance supplements across both our men's and women's programs — accurate,plain-language, no overpromising.Ensure each patient receives yearly physicals and bloodwork; notify providers of anyabnormal results the same day.• Prescription orders processed cleanly per provider standing guidelines, with everypatient touchpoint documented in the EMR.• Pricing integrity — you quote and collect per the program sheet, no off-scriptdiscounting.• Call quality — you'll review your own recordings weekly and act on coaching feedback. What success looks likeFirst 30 days: Trained on product menu, EMR, and the discovery script. Shadowing livecalls and making many of your own.• Day 60: Running your own queue. Hitting baseline lead-to-lab conversion.Day 90: Progressing toward a full panel, increasing quarterly revenue, and improvingretention performance.Who thrives herePeople who are genuinely into this industry — hormone health, longevity, and optimizing humanperformance. Patients quickly sense if their PC genuinely cares or is just reciting a script, andthose who care retain more patients and close more deals. You should be the kind of personwho already follows this space, trains, pays attention to your own health, and wants to talk topeople about theirs. Beyond that: you can hold a sales conversation without sounding like asalesperson, push back on objections without getting defensive, and stay organized across200+ active patients.Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent (medical office or healthcare admin coursework aplus).• 1–2 years in a healthcare, sales, or coordinator-style role where you owned a pipeline orpatient panel.• Comfortable with EMR systems and the basic tech stack (CRM, dialer, e-fax, text).• Working knowledge of medical terminology relevant to hormone health, weightmanagement, and sexual health — or the willingness to learn it cold in your first month.• Strong written and verbal communication. You'll send a lot of texts and emails; theyneed to read like a professional, not a chatbot.• HIPAA-literate and serious about it.Hours & compensationM–F, schedule covers 9 AM–8 PM ET on a staggered basis. Commission-based with quarterlyperformance competitions; specific structure reviewed in the offer conversation.
