On top of that, Trafera also provides support to educators and admins to ensure that the technology we sell can be meaningfully integrated into the student learning experience.We are looking for seasonal team members to join our production team this Summer. No prior production experience is necessary; our team will show you everything you need to know.Shift Options:Option 1: Monday - Friday, 6:30am-3pmOption 2: Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5pmPay: $17/hrLength of position: flexible start date but position will be no more than 3 months, not to exceed beyond July (subject to change)Primary Position Duties/Responsibilities:Unbox Chromebooks, desktops, laptops, and tablets to prep them for processing as well as provide assistance with cart wiringProcessing of devices per customer order specifications (to include, e.g., installing cases, applying asset tags/stickers, scanning MAC addresses, enrolling into management, OU movements, installing screen protectors, etc.).Wiring device adapters into charging carts.Package, wrap, and prepare devices for shippingAll other duties assigned by managementRequired Skills/Abilities:Attention to detailEnjoy multitasking, thinking about "next steps" as you goAbility to work well as part of a team and independentlyAbility to function well in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience:Applicants must be 16 years of age and olderTechnology and Systems:Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Physical Requirements:In this role, you will primarily perform work in a windowed production warehouse environment and interact with team members throughout the facility in both office and production warehouse environments. This environment has a variety of industrial warehouse tools, equipment and vehicles, such as forklifts and packaging machines - that includes occasional exposure to loud noise levels, vibration, dust, fumes, mechanical hazards, bright lights and hot or cold temperatures. While performing the duties of this position, you may be expected to do any of the following, with or without accommodation:Standing at a desk or workstation for long periodsUse tools, machinery, or equipment at their workstation for duration of shift and managing the controls of the tools, machinery or equipment in a safe and effective mannerEffectively use computer basic keyboard, mobile device, desktop computer, laptop, calculator, telephone, copy machine and other business tools or controlsMentally focus on tasks and apply sound reasoning and judgementWear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, face shields, hard hats, masks, gloves or other PPE if requiredFollow all safety protocols and respond to safety control noises or alarms such as fire alarm, forklifts horns, and machinery alertsReach under, over, above or around desks, machinery or other objects such as bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing to perform workLift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment**No experience necessary here!
