Identifies ways to track department progress in achieving goals, proactively report on progress, and adjust associated strategies and processes, as appropriate. Provides expert guidance and feedback to cross-functional teams and fosters interactions with other departments to ensure the successful execution of all Program management activities. Counsels organizational leaders regarding Program Management related issues as needed. Develops, manages, and maintains the Program Management fuction’s annual operating budget. Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops leaders and staff to ensure that the organization's Program Management activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.What You’ll Need Perfered 8 or more years of progressive experience in Program Management Perfered bachelor's degree in Business or a related field 1-2 years' of personnel and departmental leadership experience Extensive understanding of the company Seasoned change management skills Expert interpersonal skills; expert within the field of Program ManagementWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
